SOVA Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 29, 2026

By applying to and participating in the SOVA Affiliate Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for the SOVA Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Have an active social media presence or online platform.

  • Have placed and completed at least one (1) order with SOVA before being approved as an affiliate.

  • Comply with these Terms & Conditions at all times.

SOVA reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Discount Code

Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate discount code to share with your audience.

Your code is intended for promotional purposes only and must not be shared on coupon websites or discount directories without written permission from SOVA.

3. Commission

Affiliates will earn:

  • 3% commission on the final purchase value of all eligible orders completed using their unique affiliate code.

Commission is calculated on the order subtotal after any discounts have been applied and excludes shipping fees, taxes, refunds, cancelled orders, and chargebacks.

4. Store Credit Payouts

All affiliate commissions are paid exclusively as SOVA Store Credit.

  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Store credit cannot be sold, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

  • Store credit will be issued after the applicable return period has ended and the order has been verified.

  • SOVA may set a minimum store credit balance before issuing payouts.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancelled Orders

No commission will be paid on:

  • Refunded orders

  • Cancelled orders

  • Fraudulent transactions

  • Chargebacks

If commission has already been credited for an order that is later refunded or cancelled, SOVA reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from future affiliate earnings.

6. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must:

  • Represent SOVA honestly and professionally.

  • Avoid misleading or false advertising.

  • Not impersonate SOVA or represent themselves as an employee of SOVA.

  • Not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive marketing practices.

  • Comply with all applicable advertising and consumer laws, including disclosing affiliate relationships where required.

7. Brand Usage

SOVA logos, images, videos, and branding may only be used to promote genuine SOVA products.

Affiliates must not alter SOVA branding in a way that could misrepresent the company or its products.

8. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Create fake purchases or self-referrals solely to generate commission.

  • Use paid advertisements targeting SOVA's brand name without written permission.

  • Share affiliate codes on coupon or cashback websites without approval.

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical conduct.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

9. Account Termination

SOVA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time if these Terms & Conditions are breached or if participation is deemed harmful to the brand.

Upon termination, any unused store credit already issued will remain valid unless the account was terminated for fraud or serious misconduct.

10. Changes to the Program

SOVA may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program, commission rates, eligibility requirements, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms & Conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

SOVA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
